Carina practices law since 2007 with expertise in environmental law, providing legal advice and working on litigation, due diligences and performing risk analysis. She is also experienced in legal feasibility studies for governmental infrastructure projects and administrative and environmental law, including forestry laws and regulations, regularization of rural properties, environmental permits, emissions of pollutants (odoriferous and others), sanitation, civil and administrative liabilities, controlled/restricted products and fauna, among others.
