Gabriel has more than 18 years of experience in dispute resolution involving private law, corporate litigation, contracts and consultancy. He is known for his solid performance in lawsuits in the Judiciary, in addition to alternative methods for conflict solving, such as arbitration and mediation, mainly in very significant financial market causes. The author of several academic publications regarding commercial, civil and civil procedure law, mainly in judicial and extrajudicial recovery, as well as bankruptcy lawsuits. He is an Assistant Professor at both PUC and USP, in addition to giving several lectures in educational institutions within the scope of commercial, civil and civil procedure law.
He is graduated in Law from Candido Mendes University (UCAM), 2004; specialized Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP), 2006; master in Corporate Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), 2016. He is currently a PhD student in the same university.
