Renata has 20 years of experience in environmental law, providing legal and institutional advice in the litigation and consulting areas, in the civil and administrative spheres. She has been participating in distinguished cases in the national scene, providing assistance to companies of the most various sectors (automotive, agribusiness, mining, electric power, solid waste, sugar and alcohol, construction, among others) in their interface with environmental agencies and other governmental authorities. She also has solid experience in civil class actions and civil inquiries and has actively participated in negotiations of terms of agreement involving environmental matters. Renata teaches Environmental Law in the postgraduate course in Environmental Management offered by POLI/USP.
She holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) since 2000 and specializes in Diffuse Interests. She also holds a master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 2009, and has a degree of specialist in Environmental Management from the same institution, 2002.
