We believe that learning is the foundation for reaching new horizons and that people are an essential part of our evolution, reflecting our values of Sharing Knowledge and Recognizing Achievements.
At Lobo de Rizzo, we foster the continuous development of our people through structured competency assessments, performance review cycles, and ongoing feedback that support both individual and collective growth. We provide technical, behavioral, and cultural training, as well as initiatives focused on knowledge sharing and innovation. We also encourage and support external development opportunities through financial assistance policies. Our Efficiency and Innovation and Social and Environmental Responsibility functions further expand development opportunities by promoting practical experiences and strengthening leadership across a range of topics.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Learning from diversity is one of our core values. We see diversity, equity, and inclusion as an integral part of who we are and continuously pursue practices and policies that reinforce this commitment. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and increasingly safer workplace while contributing to a more equitable legal profession. Since 2023, this commitment has also been reflected in the adoption of mandatory gender parity on Lobo de Rizzo’s Executive Committee.
We believe diversity is essential to the evolution of our practice. For this reason, we invest in building diverse teams composed of individuals with different experiences and backgrounds. We have four Affinity Groups—Ethnic-Racial, People with Disabilities, LGBTI+, and Gender—comprising partner ambassadors and other professionals who lead internal initiatives, including proposing actions, developing awareness-building content, organizing discussion circles, and hosting talks.
Today, women represent 63% of our workforce, Black professionals 19%, LGBTI+ professionals 11%, and people with disabilities 2%.
