Lobo de Rizzo was awarded the Selo Promove Mulheres Advogadas (Seal Promoting Women Lawyers)

Last Monday (June 3rd), Lobo de Rizzo was awarded the Selo Promove Mulheres Advogadas (Seal Promoting Women Lawyers) from the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB SP), in the gold category. Through this initiative, OAB SP aims to leverage women's careers in law firms and recognize those who have gender equality as a strategic pillar.

This recognition reinforces the path that our office has taken in search of an increasingly equitable and inclusive environment, with actions such as having 50% of the Executive Committee composed of female partners, practices and policies focused on the gender topic, and commitments such as the UN Women's Empowerment Principles and the Business Coalition for Women, in addition to the activities carried out by the gender affinity group together with the firm's Diversity and Inclusion area for the literacy of our employees.
