Experience

Alexandre has extensive experience in Brazilian taxation and their influence in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions. He stands out for his vast knowledge in international taxation and transfer pricing applied to complex domestic tax issues. He is currently Chairman of the AMCHAM São Paulo taxation committee, and teacher of international tax and transfer pricing at FIPECAFI, FGV and the Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT).

Graduation

He is graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 1992; LLM in International Taxation from Universiteit Leiden, Netherlands, 2002; specialized in Finance and International Business from New York University, 1998; and specialized in International Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), 2001.
