Beatriz has solid experience in financial and capital markets, with a focus on debt capital markets transactions, project finance, securitization and project structuring. She advises financial institutions and issuers on public offerings and private placements, with consistent involvement in the structuring and execution of complex transactions, bringing an integrated perspective across the full project lifecycle.

She graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, 2016; LLM in Capital Markets from Insper (2017-2019).
