Caio has vast experience in advising underwriters and issuers in several Brazilian IPOs, private placements, follow-on offerings, debt offerings and securitization. In addition, Caio advises clients (specially public corporations) on mergers and acquisitions transactions and day-to-day capital markets and corporate matters, and represents financial institutions and corporate clients in financing and structuring transactions, projects and related matters, including infrastructure projects. He is also experienced in international transactions such as cross border loans and securities offerings.
