Carla has extensive experience in corporate and contract law, particularly in M&A transactions, the formation of joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and the coordination of due diligence processes, advising domestic and international clients, including publicly traded companies, private equity funds, and startups. Given her experience, versatility, and management skills, she went on to lead the firm’s specialized due diligence practice, working in a multidisciplinary capacity and coordinating projects of various sizes, sectors, and levels of complexity. Throughout her career, she has been listed among the most admired lawyers in various categories, including Corporate and Business Contracts, by the publications Análise Advocacia, Análise Regional, and Análise Mulher.
