Experience

Guilherme has more than 20 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, and Operational matters related to Brazil's investment funds industry, with in-house and external counsel experiences. He works on general regulatory discussions on capital markets and wealth planning strategies. He participated in the development of market standards with the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), representing Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais (Anbima) and Associação Brasileira dos Assessores de Investimentos (ABAI). He is a guest professor at renowned educational institutions in Brazil.

Graduation

With a degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, 2004, Guilherme has a specialization in Business Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas, 2006 and an LLM in Financial Capital Markets, 2008, and Corporate Law, 2010, both at Insper.
