Experience

Marília works in the finance and capital markets, advising financial institutions, companies, and investors on securities offerings, private placements, and structured debt transactions, including deals involving public sector entities, project finance, securitization and quasi-equity instruments. She is regularly involved in the legal structuring of sophisticated transactions, from structuring through closing, with a strong command of the regulatory framework applicable to the Brazilian financial and capital markets.

Graduation

She graduated in Law from Centro Universitário do Pará (CESUPA); 2015; and she holds an LL.M. in Finance and Capital Markets from Insper, 2026.
