Experience

Paula Abi-Chahine has extensive experience in corporate civil litigation, working in civil, commercial, consumer and administrative law matters. She conducts national and international arbitration on issues related to the acquisition of companies, corporate disputes, infrastructure, commercial representation, and construction contracts, among others. She also focuses on the academic area as a Civil Procedure professor at renowned educational institutions and integrates several arbitrations centers.

Graduation

Paula is graduated in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP); and specialized in Civil Procedural Law from the same institution. She has International Certification in Business Litigation and International Arbitration from the London School of Economics and Political Science – LSE; Master's Degree and PhD in Civil Procedural Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
