Rodnei brings two associates to the Regulatory and Antitrust practice of the firm, which now has more than 10 professionals, among them partner Sérgio Varella Bruna, who, along with regulatory issues, has considerable experience in the antitrust matters.
Rodnei and his team add strong credentials and bring important synergies to the firm, with the aim of expanding the firm’s ability to meet client needs, especially in M&A and Projects transactions.
A few words by Rodrigo Delboni Teixeira (managing partner) – “The arrival of Rodnei reflects the firm’s commitment to boost its infrastructure practice, as projects should attract increasing private investments in the coming years, to foster the development of the Brazilian economy.“
