The other partner in the team, Fabrizio de Oliveira Sasdelli, led advice to Itaú Unibanco and Rabobank on an issuance of export credit bills worth R$100m by Óleoplan. Another highlight was advising Vossko do Brasil Alimentos Congelados on entering into a €400m syndicated facilities agreement with Deutsche Bank as arranger and security agent. The group also acted on several debt restructurings.   CAPITAL MARKETS Capital markets – ranked: tier 4 Lobo de Rizzo Advogados is highly rated for debt transactions. Milton Pinatti, who is experienced in private placements and public debt offerings, joined the group from Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in September 2016, and now works alongside Fabrizio de Oliveira Sasdelli.   COMPETITION AND ANTITRUST Competition and antitrust – ranked: tier 4 Lobo de Rizzo Advogados maintains an active merger review practice; the team works in combination with the firm’s strong corporate and M&A department, and often advises on transactions with a cross-border element. Recent engagements include advising Coca-Cola on its acquisition of certain assets from Brasil Norte. Cartel investigations also feature.
